The Oldest Miniature Railway located on the grounds of a Public House, The Fancott Miniature Railway (FMR) is a 7¼ inch miniature railway located in the gardens of The Fancott Public House near Toddington, Bedfordshire. There has been a railways on the grounds of The Fancott Pub for over half a century in one form or another.
It was a glorious day at the railway today with the pub’s FanFest!! Lots of people came along to join in the fun - a great way to spend the railway’s penultimate day of the season! Tomorrow’s the last day of our public running, and we plan to have our steamie, Davanna, out and about! Make sure you join us - train’s start at 12.30 with the last at 4.50. Choo Choo! 🚂

Today is the pub’s Fan Fest, a day of family fun and music! £5 in advance, or £10 at the gates, for entry to the event - this does NOT include the railway! Ask at the ticket office about special rate tickets! Our trains start at 1pm today with the last train into the evening.
What a fun day we had today playing pirates to celebrate Talk Like A Pirate Day 2026! We had so much fun we’re already planning how we’re going to decorate the trains next year!! Don’t forget, we’ll be open tomorrow for a normal running day! Trains start at 12.30 with the last at 4.50. See you there!!
