FMR would like to express our sympathy for the passing of HRH Duke of Edinburgh. Amongst other charities, he was involved in the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme, giving millions of youths around the world opportunities for experiences they wouldn’t normally have had. RIP HRH.
Good news!! I recently applied for a Ward Councillor's Grant to help us complete the Ticket Office and today I received an email from Central Bedfordshire Council informing me they have approved our grant application for £200! Our application was supported by Toddington Ward Councillor Mary Walsh who has also visited the Railway previously and has said she will visit again to see our progress.
Don't forget to visit our Just Giving page as every donation will enable us to improve the railway for the future.
Thanks - The FMR Team.
