The Oldest Miniature Railway located on the grounds of a Public House, The Fancott Miniature Railway (FMR) is a 7¼ inch miniature railway located in the gardens of The Fancott Public House near Toddington, Bedfordshire. There has been a railways on the grounds of The Fancott Pub for over half a century in one form or another.
Welcome to all our new followers!! We still have events this year which you can come along to, or just pop along for a visit every weekend or Wednesdays and bank holidays, to see for yourself the fun of the oldest pub garden miniature railway in the UK!! Just £3 per person per ride with under 2s free!! See you there!
Welcome to Wednesday and the first weekday running of the school holidays! We’ll be open every Wednesday as well as weekends and bank holidays during the summer, so come along for a ride or two. Gates open at 12.30 with the last train at 3.50! See you there!

Don’t forget, ball games are NOT allowed in the pub garden or near the railway. Please don’t leave you child disappointed when they’re asked to put a ball away - just tell them before you get out of the car or house. Thank you all! ☺️🙏
Despite the late start (thank you all for your patience) we were super busy and had two trains running! We were lucky that Neil came along with his Scamp so we could top and tail - this saves so much time with turnarounds, meaning visitors don’t have to wait too long for rides! Don’t forget, now it’s the school holidays we’re also open on Wednesdays from 12.30 until 3.50. See you then! 🥰
