The Oldest Miniature Railway located on the grounds of a Public House, The Fancott Miniature Railway (FMR) is a 7¼ inch miniature railway located in the gardens of The Fancott Public House near Toddington, Bedfordshire. There has been a railways on the grounds of The Fancott Pub for over half a century in one form or another.
It’s another scorcher tomorrow, and proving to be too hot for some of us. So to keep our volunteers safe we’ll be closed tomorrow (Saturday 27 June). However, normal service will resume on Sunday when we’ll have more volunteers to support each other. Thank you for your understanding and sorry for the inconvenience. See you on Sunday!
It’s looking to be another scorcher this weekend, and a perfect time to relax in a pub garden with a miniature railway! Please be aware our attraction is run completely by volunteers and we want to take care of them. Therefore we’ll be having regular breaks to allow them to cool off and refresh! Please be patient during this time! Thank you!

HAPPY FATHER’S DAY!! We have our steam train, Davanna, being prepared for our passengers today, so make sure you pop by with your dad, grandad or pops for a ride on the oldest pub garden miniature railway! Trains start at 12.30 with the last at 4.50, just £3 per person per ride. 🚂☀️
